Civil Justice Reform Act reviewed at Chicago-Kent The past quarter-century since the Civil Service Reform Act took effect will be reviewed Thursday, Sept. 23, during the 22nd annual Federal Sector Labor Relations and Labor Law Program at the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
