ISBA Senior Counsellor Frank M. Covey Jr. was referred to in the November Bar News as a past president of the Union League Club Civic and Arts Foundation. He was president of the Union League Club in 1990-91 and is a past chair of its Public Affairs Committee.

In the Curriculum section of the November issue, Kathryn J. Kennedy was referred to as “previously” director of John Marshall’s Center for Tax Law and Employee Benefits. She will continue as director in addition to her new responsibilities as associate dean for advanced studies.
