Supreme Court Seal ISBA has online versions of Illinois Supreme Court ordered and approved standard interrogatories. Choose from the subject and version (HTML or ASCII text) below for your preferred word-processing program.
Downloading Instructions

You can download the forms in one of several ways, depending upon the web browser you use. For example, if you use Netscape, you can select the ASCII version of a form, choose "Save As" under the "File" option and save the form to your hard drive. You can then pull the form up in your word processing program (note that it may need some minor reformatting).

    Other Netscape Options:

    1. Go into Netscape - General Preferences
    2. Choose Helpers
    3. Tab and click the NEW button
    4. In the description area, put "wordperfect application"
    5. In the Type area - put "application/wordperfect"
    6. In the Suffix area - put ".wp"
    7. Click on Handle By "Application and click the browse button
    8. Click on the word perfect application or choose "Save to Disk"
    9. Choose "Okay"
