HB 860 - Construction Improvement Bid Bonds
Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that proposals or bids for the construction of improvements shall be accompanied by cash, a certified check, or a bid bond (now by cash or a certified check). Provides that the bid bond shall be for an amount not less than 10% of the aggregate of the proposal.
