Illinois State Bar Association Partners with
Chicago Humanities Festival to Co-Present
Panel Discussion on Iraq Constitution
"Iraq: Constituting a Nation" is the title of a panel discussion being presented by the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) in partnership with the Chicago Humanities Festival at the 15th annual Chicago Humanities Festival on Saturday, November 13, from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Student Center, DePaul University, 2250 N. Sheffield, Chicago.
Mark E. Wojcik, director of global studies, The John Marshall Law School and chair, Illinois State Bar Association section on International and Immigration Law, will moderate the discussion. Examining the issue will be Douglass W. Cassel, Jr., clinical associate professor and director, Center for International Human Rights, Northwestern University School of Law; Stephen Franklin, Chicago Tribune journalist, and Feisal al-Istrabadi, vice president, Iraqi Forum for Democracy.
