HINSDALE RESIDENT ELECTED TO BOARD OF GOVERNORS
OF ILLINOIS STATE BAR ASSOCIATION

Attorney Kevin E. O'Reilly, a resident of Hinsdale, has been elected to the Board of Governors of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA). The 25-member board directs the operations and activities of the statewide organization.

O'Reilly, a solo practitioner in Chicago, concentrates in plaintiff's personal injury, wrongful death, construction negligence, medical malpractice and product liability.

An ISBA Assembly member for several years, he has been active on numerous committees, most recently serving as vice chair of the Tort Law Section Council. He is a frequent speaker on tort-related topics and is a frequent contributor to ISBA publications.

O'Reilly is an elected member of the Board of Managers of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and president of the Chicago-Kent College of Law Alumni Board. Last year, he was selected for the 2003 Chicago Daily Law Bulletin Forty Under Forty To Watch.

The 30,000-member Illinois State Bar Association, with offices in Springfield and Chicago, provides professional services to Illinois lawyers, and education and services to the public.
