II. August 21, 2005 and October 19, 2005 Meeting Minutes Approved
On a motion by Kalina Tulley, with second by Meg Simpson, the August 21, 2005 and October 19, 2005 Meeting Minutes were unanimously approved.

No report.
B. Newsletter
Meg Simpson reported that the first newsletter was mailed out, and that the second newsletter would be ready soon. The discussion then turned to possible topics for future newsletters, including (1) bundling, (2) gun jumping, (3) criminal enforcement, (4) Volvo Trucks (follow up article), and (5) ENH hospital merger case. Contributors to the third newsletter (consumer protection) were identified. Gene Friedman suggested that the fourth newsletter focus on IP issues.

CLE
Discussion held regarding the February 8, 2006 Joint ISBA/CBA program regarding balancing public relations and legal concerns in antitrust cases. Planning for that program is being finalized. March/April joint ISBA/CBA joint program featuring the FTC's Chairman, Deborah Platt Majoras discussed. May/June program focused on in-house counseling issues also discussed. Overview of new CLE policy for ISBA meetings presented.
D. Internet
Discussion held regarding the posting of: (1) meeting minutes; (2) articles; (3) newsletters; and (4) announcements about programs.
