At its October 17 meeting in Chicago, the Health Care Section Council heard a presentation by David Krupnick the Special Agent in Charge of the Office of Investigations of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service's OIG-Office of Investigations, Region V. The focus of Mr. Krupnick's presentation was on the work of the Office of Investigations, including its Medicare/Medicaid fraud and anti-kickback activities.
