David Krupnick has been the Special Agent in Charge of the Office of Investigations of the US Department of Health and Human Services OIG, Office of Investigations, Region V, for two years. Prior to his current position he was the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Chicago Field Office for two years.

David spent fourteen years as a Special Agent with the U.S. Customs Service with assignments in Philadelphia, Miami and New York. While at US Customs, he was assigned to the White Collar Crime, Internal Affairs, Money Laundering and Drug Smuggling Divisions. David was also a Police Officer in New Jersey and an Administrator at the University of Maryland.

He holds a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
