A 1986 graduate of the DePaul University College of Law, she was manager of risk services for Aon.

Ronald Dusenbury

Retired Kankakee attorney Ronald J. Dusenbury died Sept. 7 at age 67. A 1959 graduate of the Vanderbilt University Law School, he was a past president of the Kankakee Bar Association and a YMCA board member.

Survivors include a son, Kankakee attorney Marshall R. Dusenbury, who was his law partner for several years.

Constantine Lembares

Chicago attorney Constantine Lembares died in September at age 79. A member of the Illinois bar since 1950, he had served on the Army Airborne Division during World War II.

A former assistant Cook County state's attorney, Mr. Lembares was a past president of the Hellenic Bar Association of Illinois.

Survivors include a daughter, Maria P. Lembares, who practiced law with Mr. Lembares.

John Leonard

Retired Chicago attorney John M. Leonard Jr., who continued to practice in Clarendon Hills, died in October at age 84. A decorated Navy pilot during World War II, he was a 1946 graduate of The John Marshall Law School.

Mr. Leonard was of counsel to Williams, Manos, Rutstein, Goldfarb & Sharp, later Williams, Rutstein, Goldfarb, Sibrava & Midura, and was senior partner in Williams & Leonard when he retired.

He also was legal counsel to Metron Steel Corp. and T.A.C. Inc., and a board member of the Mercy Hospital and Medical Center and the William Foundation.

Howard Marshall

Somonauk attorney Howard Marshall, a partner in Marshall & Marshall, died Sept. 7 t age 89 in a Sandwich health care center.

A 1940 graduate of the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Mr. Marshall was an intelligence officer in the Army Air Corps during World War II, serving with a night fighter squadron in Italy, France and Germany.

Survivors include his son and law partner, Charles E. Marshall.

Alexander Ramlose

Retired Chicago attorney Alexander O. Ramlose died Sept. 27 at age 95. He was a 1929 graduate of The John Marshall Law School.

Rhiman Rotz

Prof. Rhiman J. Rotz Jr. of the Department of History and Philosophy at Indiana University Northwest in Gary died Sept. 23 at age 58 in a Chicago hospital.

A 1985 honors graduate of the Valparaiso University Law School, Mr. Rotz was a law clerk to Judge James B. Moran of U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois until 1987. He had done research recently on corporate law in Zimbabwe and London.

Mr. Rotz received a doctorate in history in 1970 as a Woodrow Wilson National Fellow at Princeton University.

Robert Sigel

Chicago attorney and certified public accountant Robert H. Sigel died Oct. 1 at age 77 of a heart attack in a north suburban hospital. A 1948 graduate of the DePaul University College of Law, he was a founding partner in Sigel, Albin, Landau & Rubin.

Raymond Suekoff

Retired Chicago attorney Raymond I. Suekoff died Sept. 30 at age 91. He was a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law.

B. R. Tongren

Peotone attorney B. R. Tongren, a partner in Clinton, Tongren & Knuth, died Sept. 25 at age 76 of heart disease in an Olympia Fields health center. A 1959 graduate of The John Marshall Law School, he had been a Navy aviation electronics technician during World War II.

Mr. Tongren was past president of the Peotone Chamber of Commerce and the Peotone Cemetery Association, and a board member of Peotone Bank and Trust Co. He had been counsel to the villages of Peotone and Beecher, and the Peotone Park Park District, Library and Fire District.

Survivors include his son and law partner, Steven H. Tongren.

Rowland Young

Rowland Lee Young, a former associate editor of the ABA Journal in Chicago, died Aug. 14 at age 78 in a Glendale, Ariz., care center. He was a scholarly writer and meticulous editor at the American Bar Association for 31 years.

A 1949 graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, Mr. Young served in the Army Corps of Engineers during World War II and was recalled to active duty during the Berlin Airlift. He retired from the Army Reserve as a lieutenant colonel.
