Proceeds from recent fund-raising events conducted by the ISBA Young Lawyers Division have allowed the Illinois Bar Foundation board to make three additional grants.

They are: $4,500 to the Office of Cook County Public Guardian, $3,000 to the Women's Treatment Center, and $2,500 to Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Cook County.

Friday, April 28 – Benefit St. Louis Cardinals baseball game with the Washington Nationals at the new Busch Stadium. Tickets to the 7:10 p.m. game, at $150 per person, include a ballpark buffet and refreshments in a Redbird Row party room.

Saturday, April 29 – Foundation board meeting at 8:30 a.m. in the Westin Hotel, St. Louis.

Thursday, June 15 – Foundation board meeting at The Abbey on Lake Geneva, Wis.

Monday, June 26 – Pillars of the Bar Foundation/Champaign County Bar As--so-ci-ation golf outing.

Friday, July 14 – ISBA Young Lawyers Di--vision Golf Classic, a benefit for the foundation-administered Children's Assistance Fund for courthouse waiting rooms, at Indian Lakes Resort, Bloomingdale.

Monday, Oct. 2 – Deadline for 2007 grant applications.

Friday, Oct. 13 – Annual Bar Foundation Gala at the Four Seasons Hotel, Chicago. Bernard M. Judge, editor of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, will receive the Distinguished Award for Excellence.

Saturday, Oct. 14 – Foundation board meeting in Chicago.
