Judges, prosecutors and defense lawyers will find statistics, forms, checklists and other important information in 20 sections covering more than 250 pages.

Among the checklists are ranges of felony and misdemeanor sentences, Supreme Court Rule 605, factors in aggravation and mitigation, and truth in sentencing.

One section includes sentencing considerations for 11 categories of offenders. Other sections cover fines and assessments, and constitutional statutory references.
