The ISBA Committee on Women and the Law will hold a reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 21, at the Creve Coeur Club, 456 Fulton St. Women lawyers in Peoria, Tazewell, Knox and Marshall Counties are invited to attend.

The event is being coordinated by committee member Elizabeth L. Jensen, a 3rd District Appellate Court law clerk, who also serves on the ISBA Assembly and Illinois Bar Foundation board. For reservations, call Phyllis Lester at (312) 726-8775.

The reception will precede a meeting of the committee at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 22, in the Hotel Pere Marquette, chaired by Meredith E. Ritchie of Chicago.
