Five appointments to three-year terms on the Illinois Bar Foundation board were made July 20 by the ISBA Board of Governors. They are:

First District – Christopher Mullen of Chicago succeeds John W. Damisch, and Russell W. Hartigan of Chicago is reappointed.

Third District – George F. Mahoney of Joliet is reappointed.

Fourth District – Howard W. Feldman of Springfield is reappointed.

Fifth District – Joseph A. Bartholomew of Belleville is appointed to a vacancy.

In addition, ISBA President Joseph G. Bisceglia appointed two members of the Board of Governors to one-year terms on the IBF board. They are Richard D. Felice of Wheaton and John G. O'Brien of Arlington Heights.
