Last chances for summer golf The South Suburban Bar Association will conclude the summer golf season next month, but you may not be able to participate. The special event is limited to 40 players. Scheduled Monday, Sept. 17, on the north course at Olympia Fields Country Club, the outing has a 1 p.m. shotgun start. The practice range will open at 11:30 a.m. A 6 p.m. poolside reception will precede a 7 p.m. informal barbecue dinner. Call SSBA past president Edward J. Burt at (708) 687-5200 to find out whether openings are available. Advance payment of $200, which includes golfing, cart and dinner, is required. The deadline is Aug. 25.
