The Peoria County Bar Association an-nounced the formation of a Bar Foundation Fellows Program during a reception Nov. 30 in the Janssen Law Center.

Among goals of the program are providing scholarships, promoting the legal profession in the Peoria community, and supporting the centennial celebration of the bar association's Lincoln Memorial Banquet in February, when Charter Fellows will be recognized.

The Peoria County Bar Campaign for Legal Services, which supports Prairie State Legal Services, had its kickoff luncheon Dec. 6. For information, call Lisa Wilson, (309) 674-9831.

ISBA past president Timothy L. Bertschy and Gay Neil German are co-chairs of the campaign. Elizabeth L. Jensen of the ISBA Board of Governors and former board member Richard Zuckerman are committee members.
