Due to an editing error, Justice Sandra Day O'Connor was cited in the introduction to a book review in the December issue of the ISBA Bar News as the successor to Justice Harry A. Blackmun on the U.S. Supreme Court.

Justice O'Connor joined the court in 1981. Justice Blackmun retired in 1994 and was succeeded by Justice Stephen G. Breyer.

The introduction to the review on page 24 should have stated that “Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, who served with Justice Blackmun, will retire from the court next year.”
