Illinois Defense Counsel
Sandra J. Wulf, the new executive director of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, succeeds Shirley A. Stevens, who will retire in March. Wulf has been president of the Illinois Association of Mutual Insurance Companies since 1996.
