Section council members Donald J. Ramsell of Wheaton and George C. Livas of Skokie are also panelists, along with Chicago attorney Ava M. George Stewart. The moderator is Gilda Hudson-Winfield of the Committee on Cable Television Programming.

The broadcasts are scheduled at 10 p.m. Tuesdays on Chicago Access Network channel 21, on Jan. 16, 23 and 30.
