Wheaton attorney Vincent F. Cornelius was elected vice president of the Illinois Bar Foundation last month during the ISBA Annual Meeting. He will succeed David B. Sosin as president in October 2008.

A former member of the ISBA Board of Governors, Cornelius is chancellor of the Board of Regents of the ISBA Academy of Illinois Lawyers.

James L. Reichardt of Villa Park is the new chair of the Fellows of the Illinois Bar Foundation, succeeding Naomi S. Schuster.

Other Fellows officers are John G. Locallo of Chicago, vice chair, and Elizabeth L. Jensen of Peoria, secretary. Both serve on the ISBA Board of Governors.
