An announcement in the Bookings section on page 16 of the July issue of the ISBA Bar News reported that “Environmental Law for Non-Environmental Lawyers” is “by” Lisle A. Stalter, implying that he might be the author.

Stalter, an assistant Lake County state's attorney who chairs the ISBA Environmental Law Section Council, is the editor of this state bar publication and the author of just one of its chapters.

Other chapters were provided by various environmental law practitioners, most of whom are members of the section council.
