Two Illinois Supreme Court justices will speak during the program, “Appellate Advocacy in Illinois: Best Practices for Written and Oral Argument,” this month in Chicago.

Justices Rita B. Garman and Anne M. Burke will be joined in the presentation by Illinois Solicitor General Gary S. Feinerman.
