The two-year-old Champaign law firm of Bartell & Barickman has relocated to larger quarters in suite 10 at 2919 Crossing Court to accommodate a growing staff and clientele in corporate, real estate and tax law.

Founded in 2005 by Jason S. Bartell and Jason A. Barickman, the firm will add its first associate in August.

The Law Offices of Mark D. Belongia has added two associates and tripled its office space in Chicago's historic Monadnock Building at 53 W. Jackson by relocating to suite 315. The new associates are Nathaniel R. Sinn and Ian M. Burns.

Chapman and Cutler, Chicago, has formed a Public Infrastructure Working Group to advise clients involved with private investment in public works (public-private partnerships).

Charles A. Lemoine has been appointed chair of the pro bono committee of Dykema in Chicago. He is a member of the firm's litigation practice.

LeMoine will focus on strategic direction of the program, while pro bono coordinator Heidi Naasko handles its daily administration in the firm's 10 U.S. offices.

Timothy M. Howe has joined Klevatt & Associates, Chicago, as a partner in commercial litigation, negotiation and settlements. He is a chair-qualified Cook County Circuit Court arbitrator.
