The ISBA Assembly elected two members to vacancies from outside of Cook County on its Agenda and Program Committee during the semi-annual meeting on June 23 in Fontana, Wis.

Because both candidates who filed – Richard W. Zuckerman of Peoria (10th Circuit) and Robert T. Park of Rock Island (14th Circuit) – practice in Area IV, an election was conducted. Zuckerman, a former member of the Board of Governors, prevailed.

Thomas F. Sullivan Jr. of Wheaton (18th Circuit, Area I) was the only candidate nominated from the floor for the additional seat. He and Zuckerman will serve two-year terms on the committee.
