Two ISBA cable television programs relating to filing income tax returns and surviving an audit are being broadcast at 10 p.m. Tuesdays this month on Chicago Access Network channel 21.

Broadcast dates for “Filing Your 2005 Tax Return” are March 7 and 21. Dates for “Help! I'm Being Audited” are March 14 and 28.

Moderator of both presentations is Karen A. White of Downers Grove, a member of the ISBA Committee on Cable Television Programming and past chair of the Commercial, Banking and Bankruptcy Law Section Council.

Panelists are Leonard S. DeFranco of Oak Brook, vice chair of the ISBA Business Advice and Financial Planning Section Council, member of the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Section Council and past chair of the Federal Taxation Section Council, and Richard M. Colombik of Itasca, a member of the Business Advice and Financial Planning Section Council and the Committee on Public Relations.
