The American Bar Retirement Association and the ABA Members Retirement Program, which is endorsed by the Illinois State Bar Association, have been renamed ABA Retirement Funds.

Established more than 40 years ago to provide retirement planning and solution for legal professionals, the program is administered by State Street Bank and Trust.

ABA Retirement Funds offers tax-qualified retirement services, educational information about planning and funding, plan administration, investment flexibility and advice.

Program eligibility is open to any law firm or practitioner where at least one partner or shareholder is a member of the ABA or a state or local bar association that is represented in the ABA House of Delegates.
