An ISBA FastBook titled “Illinois Statutes for Attorneys' Fees” locates more than three dozen chapters in the Illinois Compiled Statutes that spell out fee-shifting provisions.

The FastBook was produced in cooperation with the General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section and was edited by section council past chair Timothy E. Duggan of Stine, Greer & Duggan, Springfield.

The publication tracks the chapters, acts, articles and section numbers, along with ICS headings in numerical order, so practitioners can quickly find the statutes that provide for fees owed them by other parties.
