ABA delegates to be elected

The ISBA Assembly will elect two under-age-35 delegates to two-year terms on the American Bar Association House of Delegates during its meeting Saturday, Dec. 10, at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel. Candidates must be under the age of 35 on Aug. 9, 2006.

Nominations supported in writing by 20 ISBA members in good standing should be filed by Friday, Nov. 18, with the office of the executive director in Springfield. Petitions may be obtained by calling JoAnn Hibbs, (800) 252-8908.

The Cook County incumbent delegate, William J. Quinlan of Chicago, is not eligible for re-election. The outside Cook County delegate, Gary K. Davidson of Urbana, is eligible.
