Fastcase – bankruptcy, federal district opinions for a few dollars more

More and more ISBA members are signing up for Fastcase, ISBA's online legal research offer. And why not?

The service is free to members and features appellate and supreme court cases from Illinois and every other state, along with U.S. Supreme and federal appellate cases, all accessible by way of an easy-to-use search engine.

But for less than $17 a month, members can also get federal district and bankruptcy court cases. The Fastcase Premium Plan, which offers those additional federal resources, is available to ISBA members for $195 a year, a fraction of the $995 off-the-shelf price. Bankruptcy practitioners in particular, and any ISBA member with an active federal practice, should find the offer enticing, especially after pricing plans from other vendors.
