An open enrollment period for the ISBA-sponsored UniCare HMO plan will take place during December for lawyers in the Illinois counties of Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, Kankakee, McHenry and Will, and Lake and Porter Counties in Indiana.

This will be the only opportunity for ISBA members to participate until the next enrollment period. Applications must be signed during December and mailed before Monday, Dec. 31.
