Mark Friday, Nov. 30, in your daily diary for an enjoyable evening in support of the Illinois Bar Foundation/ISBA Young Lawyers Division Children's Assistance Program.

That's the date of the 10th annual YLD holiday party from 6 to 10 p.m. at Joe's Sports Bar, 940 W. Weed, Chicago.

ISBA members and guests of all ages are invited to help raise funds to provides books, toys and games for children in supervised courthouse waiting rooms around the state.

During the past nine years, the YLD has raised more than $130,000 for children's charities though benefits such as the holiday party and golf classic.
