Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund will hold an open house from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, at its new Chicago office on the 24th floor at One South Wacker Drive. The open house will be preceded by the annual ATGF shareholders' meeting from 4 to 4:30 p.m.

Officers, directors and staff will honor President Peter J. Birnbaum for his 25th anniversary with Attorneys' Title. He started in 1981 as a law clerk, one of only 12 employees in Chicago. Now there are 200.

A former member of the ISBA Real Estate Law Section Council, Birnbaum has served on the Task Force on Unauthorized Practice of Law since its inception.
