Assembly to elect pair of delegates to ABA on Dec. 9 Two at-large delegates to the American Bar Association House of Delegates, one from Cook County and one from the area outside Cook County, will be elected during the ISBA Assembly meeting on Saturday, Dec. 9. The two incumbents, Keith E. Fruehling of Urbana, a member of the ISBA Board of Governors, and ISBA past president Cheryl Niro of Chicago, are eligible for re-election. The delegates elected Dec. 9 will serve two-year terms beginning in June 2007, and will join the ISBA delegation to the ABA annual meeting in San Francisco in August 2007. Nominations must be filed with the office of the ISBA executive director in Springfield so they arrive no later than Friday, Nov. 17. Nominees must be members of the ISBA in good standing from the appropriate area. The nominations must be supported in writing by at least 20 ISBA members in good standing from the appropriate area.
