Chicago attorney Dan K. Webb, a partner in Winston & Strawn and former federal prosecutor, will be honored Friday, Nov. 3, by the Illinois Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

The evening event will follow the day-long IADCL seminar, "Tools for Beating the Odds in the 21st Century," in room 903 at the DePaul University College of Law.

Co-sponsors are the Northern District Federal Defender Program and DePaul's Center for Justice in Capital Cases.

Andrea Lyon, IACDL president and director of the Center for Justice, and Carol A. Brook, deputy federal defender, will open the program at 8:30 a.m.

Panelists include federal defender Terence F. McCarthy Jr., defense attorney Edward M. Genson and Magistrate Judge Sidney I. Schenkler.
