Central Illinois Paralegal

Edwin C. Yohnka, director of communications for the American Civil Liberties Union, Chicago, will speak to the Central Illinois Paralegal Foundation on Oct. 10. His topic is “The Abuse of Power: The System of Checks and Balances of the Bush Administration.”

Phi Alpha Delta

A West Suburban Alumni chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity was installed Aug. 17 in Burr Ridge. The fraternity's 97th alumni chapter, it serves members in DuPage, Kane, Kendall and western Cook Counties.
