NSBA installs slate Sept. 18 Cook County Associate Judge Jeanne M. Reynolds will be installed as president of the North Suburban Bar Association during a dinner Tuesday, Sept. 18, at the North Shore Country Club in Glenview. Cook County Judge Allen S. Administrative Law Judges David J. Brent of the Illinois Human Rights Commission, Chicago, has been elected president of the Illinois Association of Administrative Law Judges. Gardner of the Illinois Department of Human Services, past chair of the ISBA Health Care Law Section Council.
