Bd. did not err in denying alien's application of cancellation of removal even if alien claimed that Bd. had ignored critical mitigating factor regarding potential exposure to violence if alien were forced to return to Mexico. Ct. is limited to reviewing questions of law with respect to instant discretionary ruling taken by Bd., and alien failed to establish that either IJ or Bd. ignored instant mitigation argument. Moreover, failure of Bd. to specifically mention hardship to alien's parents if forced to visit alien in Mexico was harmless.
