Liu v. Holder

Bd. did not err in denying request for withholding of removal by alien-native of China, even though alien argued that he was persecuted based on his political opinion. While record showed that alien was physically abused after he had protested certain layoffs at state-owned machinery factory, alien failed to establish that any persecution was based on his political, as opposed to his economic opinion.
