Immigration
Record contained sufficient evidence to support IJ’s denial of alien’s (native of Honduras) application for asylum based on claim that return to Honduras would subject alien to persecution as member of “social group” of persons owning timberlands that were subject to squatters/trespassers that threatened said landowners seeking to evict said squatters. Record showed that Honduras govt. was both willing and able to control said squatters, who had actually occupied alien’s land, and that said willingness by govt. defeated instant asylum claim.
