Dist. Ct. did not err in granting defendant-union’s motion for summary judgment in plaintiff-union member’s LMRA action alleging that defendant breached its duty of fair representation by filing grievances against her in retaliation for plaintiff having filed grievance against union steward. Plaintiff failed to establish that she could obtain any of her requested remedies against defendant where: (1) with respect to her request for reinstatement to her former job, plaintiff failed to include her employer in instant lawsuit; and (2) plaintiff could not obtain either punitive or emotional distress damages, or attorney fees in instant LMRA action.
