Record contained sufficient evidence to support IJ’s denial of asylum application by alien (native of Iran), even though alien initially argued that she would be persecuted if forced to return to Iran because she had supported Mojahedin-e Khalq whose members in turn supported overthrow of Iran govt. Alien ultimately disavowed her allegations made in her asylum request and testified that: (1) unknown person forged her signature on written statement supporting said allegations in original asylum request; and (2) asylum request was still meritorious because her husband’s accusations of adultery against her would lead to her stoning in Iran. However, IJ could properly find that both sets of allegations by alien were equally false where: (1) alien had parroted allegedly false allegations in first asylum request at first hearing; and (2) alien had failed to present any documentary support for either version of her testimony, such that only evidence to support her claims was her own tainted testimony.
