Involuntary Commitment
Court's order of involuntary commitment to mental health center must be reversed because, contrary to Mental Health Code, neither it nor the record contains a written statement of court's findings of fact and conclusions of law. Petition for involuntary admission was fatally defective as it failed to include names and addresses of family or friends, which is required by Code.
