Judgment for $456,000 entered against former inmate, whom DOC had sued to collect costs of incarcerating him for several years. Court improperly vacated order of attachment of former inmate's bank account, which contained $11,000 in wages he earned from employment at prison (but $4000 of account was held exempt under personal property statute). Even though DOC had already withheld 3% of inmate's earnings per Section 3-12-5 of Unified Code of Corrections, Section 3-7-6 of Code provides broad range of assets from which DOC can satisfy judgment for costs of housing inmates.
