Visitation
Court properly denied paternal grandmother's petition for grandparent visitation; child's father had been deported to Ecuador. Court properly considered statutory factors in grandparent visitation statute. Denial of petition was not against manifest weight of evidence; although grandmother showed her involvement in the child's life, evidence also showed her interference with parental decision-making authority of child's mother by attempting to poison child's mind. (GARCIA and LAMPKIN, concurring.)
