Court properly restricted cross-examination to not allow Defendant to present evidence that Plaintiff collection service routinely accepted less than the entire billed amount, to show that billed amount was not medical provider's customary charge; evidence as to amounts paid by collateral sources of other patients was not relevant. Court properly found that medical providers complied with Fair Patient Billing Act. (HOLDRIDGE and O'BRIEN, concurring.)
