In will contest, court abused its discretion in requiring executor to turn over his personal financial documents. By paying attorney fees out of the estate, the executor voluntarily injected into the case the issuew of whether attorney fees were reasonable and for services beneficial to the estate. Thus, production of unredacted billing statements is necessary to resolution of that issue. (STEIGMANN and TURNER, concurring.)
