(Court opinion corrected 3/5/13.) Beneficiaries of living trust argued that court erred in failing to examine evidence showing that decedent, Charles R. Walgreen, intended to and did adeem or revoke his bequest to Rotary Foundations. Decedent allegedly prepared handwritten "Beneficiary List". Court properly refused to presume that decedent's intent to adeem certain bequests to other organizations extends to Rotary Foundations, as trust amendment unambiguously bequests stock shares to Foundations.
