(Court opinion corrected 3/19/13.) Plaintiff sued her physician for violation of Illinois Gender Violence Act and for battery, alleging that physician misused his authority, and that physician-patient relationship rendered her unable to consent to any sexual contact with her physician. Plaintiff also alleged that physician plied her with illegal drugs, so that Plaintiff may be able to prove lack of consent based on severe intoxication. (HOFFMAN and CUNNINGHAM, concurring.)
