Court properly awarded wife $7500/month in permanent maintenance, and properly ordered husband to pay $15,000 toward wife's attorney fees. Court properly balance the equities, and considered all financial issues affecting both parties, including distribution of parties' assets, including that husband was awarded all of the parties' businesses which produce gross annual incomes in excess of $1.7 milliion), liabilities, and wife's award of maintenance. Court properly ordered husband to make equalization payment to wife of $330,275, in lump sum, within 90 days of judgment. (STEIGMAN and TURNER, concurring.)
