Section 2105-165 of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation Law, which provides for permanently revoking without hearing the license of health care worker who has been convicted of a sex offense, criminal battery, or forcible felony, is constitutional It involves a property right and not a fundamental right, and is rationally related to a legitimate state purpose of protecting the public from health care workers with certain convictions and does not violate equal protection clause.
